By accessing or using scarletrevange.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting environment, or any related systems. You must not misuse contact features to send unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

3. Services information

Pages describing interior design services explain the type of support SCARLET REVANGE may provide at a high level. Service scope, timing, deliverables, and fees depend on the specific brief and any written agreement reached after an enquiry. Nothing on the Site obliges us to accept a project or to respond within a fixed timeframe.

4. Example Projects

Visual items labelled as Example Projects are illustrative design directions. They are intended to show spatial thinking, atmosphere, and planning approaches. Example Projects do not represent a guarantee of completed client work, availability of the same design for your property, or a particular result if you engage the studio.

5. Enquiries

If you contact us via the Site or by email, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for the content of your messages. We use reasonable measures to protect communications but cannot guarantee the security of email or web forms over the internet. A response to an enquiry does not create a contract unless expressly confirmed in writing.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, text, layout, branding, and graphics on the Site are owned by or licensed to SCARLET REVANGE - UNIPESSOAL LDA. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except where limited copying is allowed by applicable law.
